Fair quality, terrible communications

It took weeks to get the company to acknowledge my order and once they did stated they no longer had black bands only purple which was unacceptable. Sent another email and then all of the sudden I got notification the order had finally shipped and when it arrived they were black. Also these bands don't last six months before starting to degrade and all apart. Would like to see a leather version.

Long wait and didn’t work

Waited a long time for item to arrive and when it finally got here it was the wrong style band and did not work !
